My name is Robert Coscia (ka-sha / Italian), and I am the Broker / Owner / Realtor of Personal Realty Advisers. I have been involved in selling luxury homes and condos for more than 30 years — many of those in Sanibel and Captiva Islands, and more recently in St. Petersburg and Tampa, Florida.
In addition to expertise in the real estate field, I have a wealth of technical education and hands-on experience in construction fields working in homes, condominiums and commercial properties. I have guided customers with more than 2,000 units, either buying or selling, and/or as a building subcontractor or new-home construction consultant.
