Old Pasadena
Old Pasadena is a small neighborhood bordering the west side of St. Petersburg, nestled between St. Petersburg and the Gulf beaches and running along Boca Ciega Bay. Its location provides convenience to both downtown and the beaches.
Properties tend to be larger than those closer to downtown St. Petersburg, providing opportunity for gorgeous landscaping and a sense of privacy. The neighborhood features a mix of aged Spanish-Mediterranean and Art Deco style homes.
At the southern end of Old Pasadena was the original bridge that first connected drivers to the Gulf beaches. Today, the southern end points toward Corey Avenue and St. Pete Beach, popular recreational communities for both residents and tourists.
